ECOKIDS LAUNCH NEW WEBSITE!

EcoKids Textile recycling project, a project run by Unicare Ltd designed to help schools, clubs and youth organisations raise money through textile recycling, has recently launched its brand spanking new website!

EcoKids currently has over 500 members within the project so with feedback and suggestions from them added with a little bit a jazz a fantastic new website was designed! EcoKids and its member all agree that is so much better than the previous design, both to look at and to use. The design of the website has been tailored to have a much more exciting and appealing feel to it and the layout has been made to be much easier to follow. Any information the user may require is straight forward and easy to find!

Ensuring the features that members found useful on the existing website, new features were added to the new exciting design like the EcoKids Facebook and Twitter page so that members can always follow the day to day goings on with EcoKids. The news page has seen a great revamp becoming much more interactive and up to date for the user. The third new feature to the website is the participant’s page. This is a page that has been designed to help inspire others with their EcoKids collections.  The participant’s page will include a list of the organisations with their name, how much they raised and a link to their website. EcoKids hope that this will be a valuable page to the website as it gives the opportunity to show what can be achieved and perhaps provide them with some inspiration!
