In 2011 EcoKids went into partnership with the Brian Faul Foundation to enocourage more schools to register with the EcoKids Recycling Project to not only earn themselves some extra cash and help recycling rates but also to help raise money for the Brian Faul Foundation.
The Brian Faul Foundation is committed to the promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.
The Foundation attempts to fulfil this commitment through education, mentoring and development programmes for individuals and communities.
BFF will be approaching schools to encourage them to join the EcoKids scheme and raise money for the school and for the foundation. The way in which this will work is that the school will register for the EcoKids project, have a collection of their unwanted good quality clothing, EcoKids come and collect them and will issue a result with the amount of money raised. The amount will then be split between the school and the BFF.

Brian Faul Foundation
BFF started out as a small non profit organisation which eventually established itself as a charitable company in 2010. Its work is focussed on educational and human development and has included projects with deaf people in Slovakia, and social justice projects in Romania and Ukraine. In 2009, the Foundation began its work in Latvia.
